1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Lucky Seven ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the luckyseven.app website and all services, games and features available on it.

By accessing or using the Lucky Seven platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

By registering a Lucky Seven account, you agree to:

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only ONE account at Lucky Seven. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts under the same name, address, IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Lucky Seven only accepts and processes financial transactions using the following approved payment methods for Malaysian users:

• DuitNow – deposit and withdrawal available

Transaction limits and conditions:

1. Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
2. Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
3. Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on payment method
4. All transactions must be made using an account or wallet registered under the same member's name
5. Lucky Seven does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third parties

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Lucky Seven offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries specific wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements typically range between 5× to 20× the total bonus amount or deposit+bonus, depending on the promotion type.
• The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated.
• Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Lucky Seven reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Members who register multiple accounts to obtain bonuses will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.

6Game Rules

All games available on the Lucky Seven platform — including Poker, Slots, Table Games, Live Casino, E-Sports, Roulette, and Jackpot — are subject to specific rules that must be followed.

• Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are set and displayed within the game interface.
• Game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on Lucky Seven's server records, which shall be considered final.
• Lucky Seven uses an RNG that has been audited and certified by an independent international certification body.
• For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final once the round has concluded.
• For E-Sports betting, results are based on the official scores announced by the tournament organiser.

Lucky Seven reserves the right to void bets and take appropriate action where there is evidence of match manipulation, fraud or abuse of the gaming system.

7Prohibited User Conduct

Lucky Seven members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts
• Using automation software, bots or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to the member
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions
• Spreading false or misleading information about Lucky Seven
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing staff or other members

8Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky Seven reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Use of payment methods that are unauthorised or not registered under the member's name
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Lucky Seven support team via live chat or email at support@luckyseven.app. All valid balances will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of the verification process.

9Liability Limitation & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Seven disclaims all express or implied warranties in relation to the platform and its services.

• Lucky Seven does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.
• Lucky Seven is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
• Lucky Seven's total maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, in any circumstances.
• Lucky Seven is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Lucky Seven is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its members. Personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
